- Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday, within 7 to 10 business days. Most leave sooner.
- Shipping
- USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, your choice at checkout. Transit time depends on the destination and starts once the order ships.
- Rates
- Calculated at checkout from the destination and the weight of your order.
03Pre-orders
Launch edition caps are sold as pre-orders. We expect them to arrive by December 10, 2026. If anything changes, we will email you with a new date, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your cap ships.
04Where we ship
For the launch, we ship within the United States only, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
05Addresses and delivery
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you give us and cannot promise changes once an order is placed, or cancel an order once it has shipped.
Once the carrier marks a package delivered, we are not responsible if it is lost or stolen.
